Xshell SCP copy fails

Hello. I have a weird problem with SCP copying a .bin file (~300MB) from a server to the local flash on a Cisco Catalyst file. At a random time the SCP copy process fails with a message: %Error reading scp://*****@10.100.2.69/cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.07.03.E.152-3.E3.bin (Unknown error -1)
At first I thought it was a network related problem, but it couldnt be because the copy process always finishes successfully when using Putty.
I haven't been able to finish a single SCP copy process using xshell, but have had all finish successfully (20 copy processes) when using Putty. I am confident that im having issues with the xshell. Maybe some setting I should change? Any ideas or hints? Im loving cshell so far, just this issue is giving me hard time. Thanks!
Program Ver. : Xshell 5

Hi. Actually I am using scp on the Cisco Catalyst switch itself. Xshell is not doing the SCP. But the SCP progress between the catalyst switch and the SCP server somehow crashes the xshell terminal with said error above.

There is no reason for the download process to be prohibited. The scp packet stream is from the SCP server to your switch. Xshell cannot interfere with the stream.
Please double check that this issue only occurs when using Xshell. Try using different switches or SCP servers to try and isolate the issue.
In the meantime, we are further investigating the issue as we have not been able to replicate the problem.
