Xshell can get session lists from a CSV file. Fields can be designated upon Import/Export. You can run the import/export process from within the file menu. I've attached a photo for reference.
mRemoteNG sessions are stored in c:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\mRemoteNG\ as an XML file. You'll need to convert the XML file to a CSV file. You'll be able to import certain parts of the mRemoteNG session properties.
