??? instead of cyrillic symbols in log file [1]

Hi all,
Im trying to use Xshell and get the problem with cyrillic symbols in session log file. All I see is ???? instead of cyrillic font.

In console cyrillic symbols display correctly.

Default encoding is unicode (UTF-8).

Any suggestions?
