The scroll bar issue [3]

Hi,

There's a bug in the menu "view" --> "Scroll Bar"
The reproduce procedure:
1, start a session tab, mark the "Scroll Bar" in "View" to be disabled.
2, start a new session, the scroll bar will appear again.

I'm using the latest version build 0835.
It's annoy when screens are split.

We have successfully duplicated this issue in our lab. We will prepare a fix for it as soon as possible. Thank you for the report.
