every window opening using xstart I am unable to get a scroll bar to scroll the window beyond the curreng screen - tried -sb in xterm command window does not work - is there an option i'm not aware of

Program Ver. : Xmanager 2.x
Connection Method : Xstart connection

Have you tried using the middle click? For xterm, usually scroll is doen is the Wheel mouse click. Click with the wheel button on the scroll bar and drag.

that's amazing - i've been trying to get this to work for weeks and couldn't find anything remotely helpful - the wheel button on the mouse never would have guessed - thank you
