Unable to Login

I am using Xmanager3.0 trying to setup an XDMCP session to a Unix server. The login screen never appears - just an hourglass. I have the firewall on my pc turned off.

I've attahced the log file from the xmanager on my pc and the log file from the unix server.

Any help is appreciated

The log shows the connection has been established successfully. There can be a few causes if you can't see the log in screen.

1. Missing font set on Xmanager. Try downloading and installing the necessary font sets from our download page at:

/download/main.html#fonts

If the problem persists, please send us the following information:

1. The name and version of the remote host (UNIX)
2. After launching the session, wait for 2 or 3 mins and see if you get the failure notice window.
