Xmanager Error: A mouse is not found

Friday, October 15, 2010 9:59 AM - user001

When I try to run as the SYSTEM user, I get the error:

Xmanager: Error: A mouse is not found.

if I click OK, the program seems to work normally. Is there a way to suppress this error? I've tried unchecking all mouse options under Default Profile.

Program Ver. : Xmanager 3.0
Connection Method : Xstart connection

To find out more about the problem, please attach the Xmanager log file. It is saved under:

%APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\3\Log\

Also, please provide the following information:

1. Are you using Xmanager via Windows Terminal service or Citrix?
2. What is the Windows version?
3. What is the name of mouse and version of its driver?

This problem was fixed in the latest Xmanager release (Xmanager 3.0 build 0150). Please try upgrading Xmanager.

To upgrade Xmanager, open Xbrowser and select Check for Updates under the Help menu.
