You can make the scroll bar of full screen mode disble at Tools->Option menu.

yes, I knew I can make scroll bar do not display in full screen mode, but if I disabled that, I can not scrool the screen any more (I am using trackpoint on my thinkpad, it is seems that a mouse with a middle button works)

In full screen mode, use can scroll by using the Shift + Up/Down/Pg Up/Pg Down combination.
