About personal key's password

I've made a personal key with password. Every time when I connect to the host, XShell ask me to input password, it's so boring. How can I only input personal key's password only one time?

You can save the passphrase in the session properties. After you save passphrase in the session, it will not ask for it again when you make the connection. The passphrase field is located under Connection > Authentication of the session properties.
