Local shell hung problem [3]

If you open COMx failed, the local shell will not accept any command.
For example you open COM1 twice, the second session will print:

Connecting to COM8...
Failed to open COM8.
Xshell:\>

Then you can not input anything in this local session.

And there's still problems with connect to serial port.
I can only send one charactor before the session hung but it work well under putty.
The test machine is a modem support standard command(AT command)

"Local shell input problem after COMx connection failure" has been fixed in build 0192.
