Dynamic Port Forwarding SUSPEND [3]

It's great for Xshell 3.0 to support dynamic port forwarding.

The forwarding process will be suspended when:
* click on Xshell title bar [to move it];
* click on the borders [to resize];
* click on menu bar [to pull down a menu box];
* pop up ABOUT box;
* ALT-O to open a dialog-box;
* ...

After the operation is completed, port forwarding process will be continue.
