Xftp to the switched node [1]
Xftp to the switched node
Wednesday, June 4, 2008 8:38 PM - Pravat
In Xshell, if I have switched from one node to the other within a single session and I fire in the Xftp to transfer some files it starts the file transfer session to the 1st node to which I was logged in for the first time and not the node to which I switched to. This causes a lot of repetitive tasks many times.
Am I able to make myself clear?
(In a datacenter environment, the common scenario is to have a landing server (management box) and from there you try to manage (login to) the rest of the nodes.)
Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

Thank you for your report.
Currenlty, Xshell uses the information that is saved in the Xshell session file to creat an Xftp connection.
We are aware of your problem and most certainly consider adding this feature in our next version.
