Zmodem upload folder should be the download one [2]

While I set a default folder that save received files, if the upload folder can be the same one, things will be nice. That means, when I type "rz" command and the file dialog appears, the folder should point to the download path rather than the install path of xshell, the former behaviour is useless. Or, a new option could be add to let user set a default upload folder.
