Sunday, October 5, 2008 6:00 PM - atul

Hi
My internet connection is not reliable here. It goes down quite often for few seconds. Now because of this each time all of my connected xshell terminal connections are lost and I have to reconnect them. It very painful.
Can u tell me someway so that xshell terminal connections are not lost even if internet goes down for few sec.
I connect to my office server through VPN.

Thanks a ton in advance.

It is impossible to keep the session connected once the network connection is broken. However, if you enable the 'Exit to local shell on connection close' option in General tab under Tools > Options, you can re-connect to the session by simply clicking on the re-connect button.

Works, but I completely loose the session name, I don't know what will reconnect.
Feature request:
If session is disconnected, keep session name in title and on tabs, but change icon to some more "disconnected".
