xshell 3.0 backspace and del not work [3]

If i input the incorrect username ,I can not user del or backspace delete it.

Delete and backspace values can differ depending on the machiens. So, you need to select to send proper values. In the session properties, go to Termianl > Keyboard and change the backspace option to Backspace "Ctrl+H".

I had get a screen snap.

Have you tried different options? Mine works after setting the backspace option to ASCII 127 (Ctrl+?).
