xshell startup error [1]

Xshell start with a terrible look like the attachment.
I have to resize to make it work fine.

Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

Xshell registry may have been corrupted. Please try erasing the following registry value and try again:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetSarang\Xshell\3

If your problem persists, it would be helpful if you tell us how we can duplicate the problem and if this problem occurs always.
