Hello,
I installed the xshell 3.0.0218 programme, it works fine, then I upgrade the 3.0.0218 version to the newest 3.0.0243 version, it works fine too.
But I find two xshell 3.0 entry in add/remove program, then I execute one of them, it still works, after that then I execute the other one, it not works.
Then I want to reinstall the 3.0.0243 version, but every time it report the information:
This setup will perform an upgrade of ". Do you want to continue?"
and after the installation, nothing was there in program folder.
I remove all the relevant registry information, but problem still exists. Give me some help pls.
Thanks
Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

This problem may occur when there was an error installing Xshell.
If reinstalling does not work, please uninstall Xshell and remove the following registry entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield Uninstall Information\99FF7547-7605-4847-8EC3-1418AE4D7AAE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\99FF7547-7605-4847-8EC3-1418AE4D7AAE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_99FF7547-7605-4847-8EC3-1418AE4D7AAE
And then, erase the following entry to remove Xshell from the Add/remove program:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{0ADDDE01-D0BF-428B-A049-AA0C37035319}]
Once this is done, you should be able to reinstall Xshell again.

Hy,
I've encountered the same problem, however after cleaning all the suggested registries and after searching and removing all encounters of `xshell` and `netsarang` through the registry and through the hdds, the problem still remains.
Any suggestions ?

Sometimes InstallShield goes off and creates duplicate entries. I used a manual uninstallation tool to erase.
