Why the transfer rate is so slow! [1]

when I select transfert file, send ZModem to my board (serial connected,baud rate is 115200),the transfer rate is 1.2KB/S?but receive ZModem is 14KB/S?
when I use SecureCRT, it is 14KB/S.
why?
