Xshell rz problem [1]

Upload files function is very fragile, and a few updates did not solve, especially slightly larger file uploads, and often fail.

Hopes to learn from the XXXCRT software RZ upload feature, this issue must be resolved

This problem seems to occur to some Xshell users and our developers are trying hard to improve stability and performance of z modem.
