Please set
ctrl+Shift+C - copy
ctrl+Shift+V - paste
instead of / in addition to
ctrl+insert and shift + insert
Since the default is ctrl+c & ctrl+v, adding shift is easy instead of learning a new key combo. also the shift modifier is inline with other linux terminal emulators like gnome-terminal.
Program Ver. : Xshell 4

Please try using the key mapping feature. You can define those keys for copy and paste yourself.
To do this, click on the Keyboard icon on the standard toolbar. Click the New button to add new key combination.
To set the key combination as copy or paste, select menu as type and select [Edit] Copy or [Edit] Paste.
