"open in new window" Invalid [5]

When I open sessions window, select a session, click the right mouse button and choose "open in new window" , the option is invalid.

Program Ver. : Xshell 4

Please check the notification area. Make sure Xshell doesn't open in the Notification area.

When you click on the Xshell icon on the Standard toolbar, does new window open?

Also, what happens when you click on the open in new window menu?

The Xshell doesn't open in the Notification area
Click on "Window--->New Window" open a new window OK.
But the picture that button is invalid

First, please upgrade Xshell to the latest release by selecting the Help > Check for updates.

Then, if the problem persists, please send us the following information:

2. Which language version of Windows are you using?

Could you check if the session opens as a new tab in the current Xshell window?

Also, please try disabling the Open multiple sessions in a single window option in the Tools > Options > Advanced tab.
