Requested feature #1 is not available in Xshell right now.

For 2, you should be able to use Windows scheduler. That allows you to run Xshell at certain time of the day. If you assign a script to a Xshell session (from the session properties), you can run a script automatically when Xshell opens.

I know that I can make the script Execute when the session start but like that I have to give the user the session and script too any way I can merge both in 1 file so the user can't take the script and don't make any modification.
IF NOT
any way I can make the user call the session it self and it run and call the script with out give it to the user as for exp:
\\10.10.10.10\\Session\\session1.xsh
and it run and execute the script AUTO
or maybe u can pass the session to the Xshell and it run it AutoMatic

Thank you for the update.
Maybe you can use the Login Script feature. With it, you can assign a script file to run when the session starts. You can find this option under Session properties > Login Scripts.
