Extended mouse support [1]

The mouse does not work beyond 224 columns in Xshell; I presume this is caused by a lack of support for xterm's extended mouse modes (see here, under "Extended coordinates"). Would it be possible to add support for these mouse modes?

This works out of the box in Poderosa and in nightly builds of PuTTY. The patch which adds it to PuTTY can be seen here, if it's of any use.
