Session openning error from dropdown [9]

Please refer the attachment.

I have created some sessions in my Xshell and you can see them in the attachment.
When I click on the top three sessions they work fine. But when I click on the other sessions they don’t work. (See, even the small icon is not visible in the defected sessions)
I have tried to reinstall the software, but the situation was same. After I copied my sessions folder I get the same result.
This issues is reported in some other Desktops and Laptops also. This happens few months after a fresh installation in a new PC even.

I really appreciate if you could provide a fix for this issue.

Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

Please try updating Xshell 3.0 to the latest release by selecting Help > Check for updates.

If the problem persists, please send us the following information:

1. Windows version
2. Try changing the folder name and see if the problem persists.
3. What are the name of the sessions?

I have tried renaming the folder. But it was futile.

Requested info:

1. My windows version is: Windows 7
But this issue was happened in windows XP version also.

2. Names of the sessions are as follows:

BG0001
BG0002
-
-
BG0010

Further I have used these sessions without any issue for at least about 6months now before I get this issue.

Same thing was happened in my previous laptop which was ran on Windows XP.

However I will try to update this to the latest and let you know.

But the issue still exists. :(
