I cannot install xshell [1]

I try to install xshell4 on the win7 64bit English OS. but It failed:

1628: Failed to complete installation

who can tell me how I can solve it?

Program Ver. : Xshell 4

This error may occur when you don't have the admin right. Please try installing again with an admin user account.
