Can't create session for serial connection [2]

Dear netsarang:
When I create new session for serial connection,after type the connection name and switch to other option,xshell appear error message "Enter an integer",can you help me to resolve this problem,thks

Update~

1.I can create the serial connection with Xshell other than ver.4.0100
2.Use serial port in hyper termail well
