Cannot connect [2]

I cannot using Xshell to connect my Cisco SW through serial port. Im using USB2Serial Converter Prolific. Pls help me to fix it, thanks.

The error:

Connecting to COM8...
Connected.


Connection closed by foreign host.

Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

There was a problem with Windows 7 and serial connection. A fix for the problem will be included in the next release (scheduled for release at the end of this month).
