Hello,
I think there's no way to define function keys from f1 to f12 in this version, isn't right?
I want also to know if is possible to disable any advanced features in the menu, in order to enable the program for no technical users.

Mapping function keys are not supported in the current version. Key mapping feature will be added in the next version (scheduled for release later this year). Please check back again for more updates.
Also, could you explain bit more about disabling the advanced features?
For now, you can hide most of Xshell UIs by deselecting options in the View menu. For more information, please refer to:

Hello,
I meant that, for a final user, we'd want to hide all the menu options, in order to avoid misconfiguration.
