XShell and Micro Annex XL - Escape Sequence??? [1]

If I connect via Xshell to a Annex Terminal Server (Micro Annex XL), everything just works fine. But if I type in my well known Escape Sequence "CTRL+ALTGR+9" (change to Menu), nothing happens.

Using a Linux xterm, my Escape Sequence works well.

Does anybody know a working Escape Sequence for a Micro Annex XL when using Xshell?
