how disable alt key call menu [2]

in xshell4, if press alt for a little while, key focus will move to menu bar
it cause lots of mis-typing, i'd like to see there is an option to disable this function.

Thank you for the comments on Alt key in Xshell. It has been reported to the developers. I would like to see it in Xshell myself.
