PROBLEMS - OPEN LINKS IE8 [1]

I need edit some archive in regedit for use hyperlinks on internet explorer 8??
I use xshell 3.

In regedit in key
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\telnet\shell\open\command

I need insert some path or command line??? "C:\\Program Files\\NetSarang\\Xshell 3\\Xshell.exe"%1

I dont known ? I dont understand.

Do not understand why is not working when I open a link to telnet.

I mark Select the Use URL Hyperlinking.

Presents an error message: contains an invalid path.

It looks like Internet Explorer 8 has dropped telnet protocol support.
