Using XAgent with ssh [1]
Using XAgent with ssh

Hi,
I was wondering if XAgent could be used as a ssh agent replacement when working with ssh directly from the Windows command line?
My use case is the following:
I have Git (msysgit) installed with ssh (and other GNU tools) integrated into my shell (cmd or PowerShell). Git uses ssh and my keys to access remote repositories. I'd like to avoid entering my passphrase every time Git communicates with remote repositories over ssh. Setting up ssh agent is not simple on Windows, and I'd like to know if in this scenario ssh is able to use XAgent instead of ssh agent to manage keys?
If it is not possible, is this something that you would consider as a feature request?
Thank you!

This would be a feature request. For now, Xagent can only handle the requests from Xshell. we will consider adding this support in the future releases.
Thank you for your feedback.
