Socks5 problem [8]

Hello!
When I try to connect to my ssh server through socks5, I have error 'Received an invalid response from the specified proxy server: Connection aborted.'
In PuTTY all is fine with same options. What can be wrong?

I see FIX: Cannot login using SOCKS5 proxy in Update History, but unfortunately anyway I can't connect to my server through socks5. Now I have this bug: Incorrect proxy password: Connection aborted. But my password is right, in PuTTY all is fine.

What is the name and version of the SOCKS5 proxy server you are using?

3proxy, I don't know version - but proxy was installed this year, I think not so old version

We have finished testing Xshell against 3Proxy server and managed to successfully logon to the destination server. Please try upgrading Xshell to the lastest version. To upgrade, select Check for Updates from the Help menu.

Hello,

I use socks5 dante-1.1.19 and I get the below error while I connect using the proxy..

Connecting to proxy server(192.168.1.10:1080)...
Disconnected from the proxy server: Connection failed.

But I have no issues using the same socks via Putty or Kitty. Can you please address this??

Could you provide us with a test account on the proxy server?

I'm also experiencing the similar problem with connecting to dante Socks5 proxy server.
I'm using the Xshell version Build0107.
Do you probably have any fix for it, it's working very smooth with putty.
