Need an option to bypass all hotkeys

Need to using Emacs through ssh all day. But lots of keyboard are swallowed by XShell. So things get better if there is an option(disable by default) to disable all hotkey XShell used and send it to terminal.

Try using the Use Alt key as meta key option in the Session properties > keyboard.

I did, with some additional custom keymaps. But these isn't enough. e.g. Control + Alt + f will start Xftp.
On OSX, iTerm use Command as a modify key, which keeps alt free. And it do send most of key stroke to server.
On Linux, rxvt-unicode does the same as iTerm.
I think XShell is the only hope on Windows.
