xshell 5 install failure/??-2 系??不到指定的文件 [1]

when i installed the xshell 5 program on my winTH (64bit), it appears that "错误-2 系统找不到指定的文件". I failed installing it.
the same issues even I ran the program as an administrator
the same problem when i install xftp5.

Program Ver. : Xshell 5

Please answer the following questions:

- Can you tell us more about winTH?
- Are you installing Xshell on the default location?
- Try creating a new user account (Admin user) and install Xshell using the new user account. Please tell us the result.
