fresh install problems Windows 8.1 [1]

Hi Team,

Thanks for this excellent product which I have been using on win7 for some time.

I have just "upgraded" to win 8.1 and tried reinstalling xshell 5 via fresh email links.

Unfortunately I get stuck on accepting the license agreement. The agreement itself is blank, and when I select the appropriate radio button and hit next i get a popup window with "Cannot find the nslicense.dll" and installation halts.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

We believe this is an issue of Installshiled rather than Xmanager. However, the followings are plausible solutions to the problem.

1. InstallShiled fails to find temporary folder of Windows:
Try to innstall Xmanager package with administrator account. Also, try installing with an account that does not contain special characters in its user name.

2. Installshiled Driver issue:
Delete the following folder


C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Driver\9

Restart the system then install Xmanager.
