Better tunneling support?

Hello,
Since I need to establish an SSH tunnel for my browsers to get around the Great Firewall of China every time I start my computers, these enhancements of Xshell would be very nice:
1. Launch with Windows (without me having to put a shortcut in the start menu\startup folder)
2. Start minimized (to tray)
3. Start sessions automatically at launch
Thank you, NetSarang!
Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0
