Hang up when use sz [1]

When I use sz to download some files from server, after I choose dir to download，then xhell hang up.

But when I use SecureCRT, without this problem.

There are some log in attachment.

The progress hang up at:

fstat(3, {st_mode=S_IFREG|0664, st_size=0, ...}) = 0
write(1, "30A\4\0\0\0\0\211\6", 10

Xshell does not output that kind of log when utilizing Zmodem downloads. Can you please provide information on the file you are trying to download as well as server information?
