problem with SSH [1]

hi,

i have two issues in my Xshell version is 3.0

1.problem with SSH for some servers.

error:No matching outgoing encryption algorithm found.

2.cant save the password.well others are using the same version and they can save the password.

Program Ver. : Xshell 3.0

For you to be able to use the latest encryption algorithms, you'll need to upgrade to Xshell 5. Or the SSH server needs to be configured so the old protocol can be supported.

Concerning your password saving issue, can you explain more in detail what the problem is? We're not exactly sure what the problem is from your description. Screenshots would be helpful.
