There can be number of causes for this type of problem. These are some of possible causes.
1. Name server has an invalid name-to-ip or ip-to-name entry for your PC.
2. Unstable network connection
To fix this problem, please try the instruction below:
1. Add your PC¿s IP address to /etc/hosts file
Ex.) 192.168.1.19 PC_NAME
2. Try ping test from your remote host to PC. See if there is any packet loss.
Please send us following information:
- Xmanager log file. You can find log file from the following directory:
C:\Document and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\NetSarang\Xmanager\2\Log\*.log
- Detailed description of your network

Now the problem is resolved . i had done the same which you suggested me . but still i am sending you the logs . give a look on the attachment.
we are using SAS application in our Redhat Linux 9.0 server. Around 4 users are using this application of xmanager at the same time.

Try to increase the MaxSessions value in the /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf file.
[xdmcp]
MaxSessions=16
-- David
