Xmanger get closed automatically [1]

Hi Team,
I am usimg Xmanager 4 for RHEL 5.6 64bit while working it get automatically closed. if run again it work fine and again after some time same problem occur.please suggest me what i do.

This may occur if there is a firewall or route between your PC and Red Hat machine. These devices can terminate network connections abruptly after certain length of time. Please check with your network administrator to fix this issue.

If the problem occurs when using a specific application, please send us the following information:

1. What is the name and version of the application
2. How can we duplicate the problem?
3. Xmanager log. Log files are saved under:

%APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\4\Log\
