X-Manager hangs using one cpu-core

Wednesday, September 14, 2011 5:30 AM - Dirk Mika

Hi,

we're facing a problem where on some of our pcs X-Manager hangs almost once per day, using one cpu-core by 100% not responding to anything.

After killing and restarting the app everything works as supposed.

On server-side broken X11 connections are logged.

PCs are running Win 7 Enterprise 32 Bit, X-Manager 3.0 Standard (latest build)
X11-Connection is established by XDMC

Regards
Dirk

Program Ver. : Xmanager 3.0
Connect Method : XDMCP connection

This problem may occur when the network connection is broken abruptly. Try using the wired network to see if the problem persists. Also, when the system goes to sleep mode or screensaver mode, it may disconnect network connection. Try turning these options off on Windows to see if the problem persists.

If the problem persists, please send us the following information:

1. Xmanager log file. Logs are saved under:

%APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\3\Log\*.log

2. Server side error log.
3. What is the name and version of the application you are having this problem with?
