Is there any error messages?
Also, please read the /var/log/secure file to find the reasons for connection failure.
If the problem persists, please send us the following information:
1. Error messages if there are any.
2. SSH log file. Usually /var/log/secure
3. Name and version of the remote host

This is definitely an unusual case. We can't find anything unusual in the log file.
One possibility is that Xmanager holds terminal and it reached the maximum allowed connection per host. Please try the following solution:
1. When the problem occurs, exit all Xmanager processes including the ones running in the Windows notification area.
2. Wait for about 10 mins and try reconnecting.
