Issue painting displaying child windows

Hi,
I am using Xmanager - broadcast to view a X window application hosted on RH Linux 5 64bit. This is working fine.
However, if the X application launches a child window in addition to the existing parent window, the child window just appears as a big gray rectangle. You can't see the details of the child window thus making the application useless. However, the functionality of the program still works. For example, in the child window that is displayed as a big gray rectangle, if you know where the buttons are you can click in that area with the mouse and the application will still respond. So it only seems like it is the painting or displaying of the child window that is failing.
Please let me know how to fix this.
BTW, I am seeing the issue when using Oracle's DBCA & ASMCA applications.
In the past, I have used XVNC type clients and not experienced this issue with the same programs. This is my first time using Xmanager with these programs.
Thanks, Dean

Please tell us the following information:
1. Xmanager log file. Logs are saved in:
%APPDATA%\NetSarang\Xmanager\4\Log\
2. Screenshot of the problem including the parent and child window. We would like to see where exactly the problem occurs.
3. Try running the X application on console. Does the problem occur on the console as well?
