Hello Ashish Pathak,
There is no special configuration for FreeBSD. Please refer to our Xmanager FAQ # 2 and 12 to find out how to configure FreeBSD for Xmanager.

Since Xmanager is a server program, remote server must be able to make connection to your PC. Make sure to allow incoming TCP 6000~6010 on your local PC.
