can't connet redhat ent linux as3 [1]

i have configure linux box according to the guide's step,but i can not connet redhat linux by using xstart,the error codes are:"Start timer (TIMER_SHUTDOWN, 180).

what's the problem, and how do i solve it?

There seems to be a problem in /etc/hosts file.
Try to add the following line to /etc/hosts file:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain
