XDMCP connection failed

i turned off my firewall but still i have a problem:
when i connect using Xbrowser some time it works and it shows a login screen and some time it doesn't work and it shows

I cannot find much information from your question, but it could be helpful if you upload log files of both Xmanager and the remote server.
For unix servers, you can find the log file at /var/dt/Xerrors.
Also, check if your network is robust enough for high bandwidth.

i used this command to track the server
tail -f /var/log/messages
when i tail i found the problem
actually when i tried to log on at the same time a message is appear in the server window (when i tail) . the message is :
Maximum number of open XDMCP session reached.
how can i control the number of session
and also how can i solve this problem

Check out the /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf file and change the MaxSessions value.
MaxSession: Maximum open XDMCP sessions at any point in time
