Switch windows + closing Xmanager
Tuesday, February 15, 2005 4:51 PM - Loko
Hello
I installed Xmanager 2.0 on my PC and cannot find options to have it work like my previous Xmanager 1.0.
- when I have several X windows, where is the option to choose wheter I need to click on a window to set it on top, or wheter simply putting the mouse cursor over it ?
- where is the option that automatically closes the xmanager menu (in MS Windows tray) when all the X windows are closed ?
Regards
Arnaud

Those features are available also in Xmanager 2.0. Please follow the instruction below to perform those tasks.
1. Start Xconfig.
2. Open "Xstart sample".
3. Select Terminate At Reset.
4. Select Set As Default Xstart Profile.
5. In the Window Mode area, click Settings.
RESULT: Window Mode Settings dialog box opens.
6. Click the Multiple Window Mode tab.
7. Select Auto Raise Window.
8. Click OK.
Now, all your Xstart sessions will run with the Xmanager profile, "Xstart sample".
Hope this helps you.
