Can not connect to the Solaris. [1]

My Server is Solaris8, CDE 1.4
When I in small newwork more than two computers, I can not normally connect to Server, but on Xbrowser, I can find it, and I can connect to the server use the telnet. When I directly connected to the server use one line, I can normally connect to the server. why? Please help me.
