Software Tester

I am attempting to test our application using an automation test tool, Mercury Interactives Quick Test Pro, using Xmanager 2.0 to access that application. Has anyone tried this sucessfully? Does anyone know if Xmanager uses Hllapi which the QTP application uses to interact with terminal emulation programs?
